romance is dead (I shot it in the head) ~ skytempo
There weren't a whole lot of super mundane things that Seunghyun liked doing on a regular basis, even though he knew he needed to; brushing his teeth before sleeping, washing dishes, cleaning, or going to the grocery store, to name a few. He often forgot completely about doing any of them until it was too late or someone else reminded him, and even then, he was always hesitant/way too lazy to follow through.
The only good option about going shopping though, was that there was the possibility of doing it at night, middle of the night, when most people weren't there and he wouldn't have to deal with a bunch of lines. He usually went alone, getting in and getting out without worrying about being self-conscious about his tendency to get distracted by things, but tonight was different. Chaerin had wanted to hang out at his place (though god only knows why, since his apartment was barely big enough for just him), but when she'd gotten there, he realized he had no food or drinks, and that was just simply unacceptable.
He scratched the back of his head as they walked in through the automatic doors, both of them wearing something like laid-back disguises so that they wouldn't attract attention. Chaerin was fun to be around, but she was famous and if they ever wanted to be around each other and not worry about having to put on the "romance show" people expected from them, then they needed disguises. Seunghyun didn't mind it so much, since it was just a hoodie and a hat for him, but he wasn't the famous one, so he figured his opinion didn't matter so much.
"What are you hungry for tonight?" he asked, picking up a basket and heading towards the frozen dinners section. He absentmindedly hoped he wouldn't get distracted but as a cookie stand caught his attention and he stopped in front of it, he knew the odds weren't in his favor.
