I would love to get feedback from anyone willing to read my newly released book one of my Black Hollow Series!
Bloodhound
by M.B. MB Wild
Willa Lang doesn’t run from trouble. She tracks it, cuffs it, and drags it in alive—no matter how sharp its claws. But when her latest mark leads her to Black Hollow, a strange little town pulsing with old magic and darker memories, she finds more than just a paycheck waiting in the shadows.
Cade Mercer is dangerous, infuriating, and built like a sin she doesn’t want to confess. He’s also the fugitive she’s been sent to bring in… alive. He should be just another job. Instead, he’s the one man who sees through her armor—and pushes all the wrong buttons.
As creatures from beyond the veil stir and alliances crumble, Willa’s mission starts unraveling. Her bosses are lying. Her instincts are screaming. And Cade? He may be the only one she can trust—if she can keep her hands off him long enough to figure out who’s hunting who.
But when a ghost from her past shows up with a badge and a grudge, all bets are off.
One woman. Two powerful men. No good choices.
Welcome to Black Hollow—where secrets bite, and love might just kill you.

My review
I’m honestly just blown away with how heart wrenching this book really was “WOW”.
I’ve never struggled to read something before not because it was bad far from it but because of how every other page I was struggling not to be an Emotional wreck honestly, I really couldn’t of asked for a better ending to a book series it really was beautifully written and the story alone OMG I thought it was literally going to destroy me emotionally and it did I was messed up but in such a beautiful way because I really felt it the words the emotional impact it had.
I loved going through the stages with both savannah and Cael they both went through so much and came out stronger I was and am so proud ( yes I’m aware they’re a fictional characters ) but MY GOD I love them both so much!! I’ve never wanted fictional characters to have a such happy ending before and I’m a hopeless romantic.
I really did love that poppy spoke to savannah all the way through this book like she was still right there with her it was such a beautiful take to this and I couldn’t of been happier truly that savannah found peace she’s healed and she also found her Ruen. I JUST LOVE LOVE LOVED IT SO MUCH!!!
The ending OMG I wanted to cry so hard knowing now that Ruen had died and was now with his poppy my word it really did break my silly little heart 💔.
All in all this book was beautiful I’ve had my fair share of grief losing people is never easy but reading it really did make me understand it’s okay to take the time to process and grief what is lost some of us take a life time to really process the very crippling raw feelings of what death brings but it’s a journey we must all go on its enviable.
Thank You 𝙏𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙚
For this amazing work of art 🖤💋❤️
What has a book taken you? . .
"Love on the brain" by Ali Hazelwood, page 285
say it with me: not every novel has to be groundbreaking. not every novel has to be a poetic masterpiece. not every piece of writing has to be the best thing you've ever read. everyone thinks of romance books as vapid and stupid (and while that's sometimes true) - what's wrong with reading something that helps you escape from your circumstances? nothing. people who enjoy fantasy never get called out, but suddenly if you read something that isn't about a 17-year-old saving the world and instead about a 30-year-old woman finding love you get vilified.
do not be ashamed of reading something that brings you joy.
