Ronald D. Moore Developing Magic Kingdom TV Universe Projects At Disney+ – Ronald D. Moore, the creator of #BattlestarGalactica and Outlander, has signed a new production deal with Disney and one of his projects will be a set of series set within the Magic Kingdom Universe. This is the second major Disney project that Moore is attached to as he is developing a new series based on The Swiss Family Robinson alongside Crazy Rich Asians director Jon M. Chu. – Disney superfan and For All Mankind creator Ron Moore will write and exec produce SEA for #Disney+ and 20th Television. The potential series is currently in the development stage. In success, Moore will build out the Magic Kingdom universe and oversee the entire franchise. More would expand the franchise in a way that's similar to the world he built out of Syfy's Battlestar Galactica and, more recently, what #Marvel is creating for Disney+. – #RonaldDMoore also is said to be working in close collaboration with the Disney Imagineering Team on other projects that would be the first part of a universe similar to Marvel but set in the #MagicKingdom. Moore would oversee the entire franchise. Maril Davis and Ben McGinnis of Moore’s Tall Ship Productions are also involved in all the projects. – Moore’s most recent projects are the alternative history space race drama For All Mankind at Apple and #Outlander at Starz.
