Ronan Devlin is a contemporary, modern artist who now combines fine art with graphics and creates beautiful installations that really bring the audience in.
His most recent work was present in London where he generated a multitude of colours in response to collective human movement as they walk through the space. This really embodies his perception of emotions and senses. He combines emotion with lighting and frequencies to create an intense yet calm atmosphere. His work heavily involves the audience which inspires me in my degree choice (Interior Design) as I want to influence people with every space I create, and make them part of it. The impact technology and art has nowadays shines through his exhibitions. I am planning to make a lighting installation for my Final Major Project, therefore this might have an influence on some of my decisions as his main body is Light.
