I hate being a girl sometimes, especially a really romanticizing one.
There's this guy at a pizza parlor that we go to that I apparently am sweet on.
I mean- I thought he was kinda cute, whatever, the first time we went there but the second... oh god.
As soon as he greeted my mom and I, my legs became wobbly and I was grinning and blushing like crazy. I was breathing really shallowly... I probably would have been more of a mess if my friend Sam wasn't there to keep me in reality.
It was bad. Soooo bad. Like stuff I'd scoff at in teen romance novels or on TV. I never believed those until now, as I tried to stuff down a nervous giggle-fit. Sam knew I liked him, so when I asked simply, "can you tell?" she laughed.
WEHHH. I'm so shy that babbling like an idiot and creepily following him with my eyes as he tended to other tables was the most I could do.
But jesus. SO CUTE. And so nerdy. And funny! ;///; kwehh. *coughandglassescough*
*rolls around on the floor in an embarrassed ball* boo hoo hoo hoooo...
Oh and he's also 28 years old. So basically no chance. Nope. FML.
