RRECL’s 33 MW rooftop gatekeeping in Solar power projects
Solar power projects in public buildings are being screened for financial endurance, not just EPC paperwork. RRECL rejected one bidder at technical opening for non-submission of EMD or fee, without any conditional relaxation. That is a hard compliance signal for Solar power projects with long O&M liability.
