more work updates, because of course it can get worse somehow...

so on top of my shitty manager being shitty and our big fight, i've been underpaid for two paycheques in a row :)))))) and not just mine, many other staff as well.

first one was small, but last week's, they missed over $900 in my pay. WHO FUCKS UP THAT BADLY?????????? jesus christ. (i'm very lucky that i don't live paycheque-to-paycheque. missing pay like that could break somebody.)

we got a new ownership group recently and whatever finance/payroll person and/or software they're using is complete and utter shit. it took me literally 2-3 hours to decipher my paystub and do the payroll guys' job and figure out corrections.

(on a side note, my shitty manager is trying to "punish" me by reducing my shifts even further. joke's on you bitch??, i want to be in that building as little as possible, i'll be using all that extra free time to FIND A NEW JOB ASAP. ✌️)

the scenario: You work in a small department, but there are still clearly defined positions (authority, wages, responsibilities, etc.) between regular staff vs management (like supervisors, dept manager, head manager). Other departments' employees are NOT cross-trained to work in your area. There is a sick call, which none of the dept. staff are available to cover. But this position requires coverage, it CANNOT be left "empty" or "unmanned", as decreed by the company.

Who should ultimately be responsible for covering the sick call?
