Trans man Kobra Kid still on the mind… him coming out to Party, tears on his face and the worst dysphoria haircut known to killjoy-kind. What can he do but hold his little brother tight in his arms, gently swaying as he reassures him that it’ll all be okay.
Party making a big deal out of every testosterone run, making sure that Kobra KNOWS he’s supported. Fixing up his chopped haircut, helping to dye it blonde. “New hair, new man, Kobes!”
Party is scared of needles but he doesn’t care when it comes to Kobra’s injections. Party’s skilled hands find the mark everytime and he kisses away each little whimper that comes from Kobra.
Kobra lights up when Party introduces him as “my brother”, his exterior cracks just a little with each quick peppered kiss, his walls crumbling as his big brother takes care of him, sees him as a man.
They sit on the hood of the Trans Am, the desert sky dusty blue because the sun is still a little bit left of risen. Kobra is falling asleep as he waits, and jolts awake when Party nudges him with his elbow.
“You should totally change your name to Kobra Man!”
They laugh softly, quietly, capturing the moment in digital.
Party sighs through his nose as he leans his head onto Kobra’s shoulder, the atmosphere warm and light.
“Don’t do that, actually, Kobes… still gonna be Kid to me, anyway.”
Kobra lets his head fall on top of his brother’s. “Always gonna be my older brother, Party.”
“Always gonna be my little brother, Kobra.”
