So we made our way to the refurb that is @roselandsshopping and did what one does. Get fried chicken. Adding to the centre is @roseland_chikin, a new joint to sink ones teeth into. We kept is simple getting the boneless orginal and some chips. The chicken was cooked very well and had a nice dry coat on the outside. Minimal oil factor made these easy to eat and the shaved almonds were a nice touch of flavour. Chips were cooked well and seasoned to taste.
