“I have the worst headache right now.. so please.. just.. go..”
“I need you to back the fuck up right now, turn around, and fuck off,” Evan muttered, hands shaking slightly as his chest heaved. “Because I don’t know how much longer I can function around people before I do something I’ll regret in the morning.”
“Y’know I’m actually in a super good mood today so if you could just, I dunno, stop talking about shit I don’t care about that would be awesome, thank you.”
“Wanna sign my cast? It’s only gonna be on for two more weeks since I just sprained my wrist instead of breaking it, but I still want people to sign it, it’s cool right? Sucks that it’s my right arm ‘cause I can’t do, like, anything now, but I can’t even be mad about the situation, it was totally my fault plus I’ve missed having a cast people can sign. So,” he held his arm closer to the person he was talking to, “sign it. Please?”
Old Flames-Hayden and Alyssa
Alyssa was relatively new to this area. She had been threw a lot in the past year and decided that she needed fresh start, away from everything, and all the reminders of her old life. Alyssa still didn’t fully understand why everything happened the way that it did. Alyssa used to be this very happy carefree young woman, and than she dated Hayden and things went downhill from their. Alyssa fell for Hayden pretty quickly, and she thought he felt the same for her. She felt like she had found her soulmate, the person she would spend the rest of her life with. She loved him with all her heart. But when things started to get more serious, well Hayden seemed to change. He was constantly screaming at her, and even throwing things, which did scare her, but she loved him to much to ever leave. Apparently Hayden did not feel the same however, as one day he just left her without a word. That destroyed Alyssa. Her heart hurt so much and she needed an escape, so she started doing drugs and drinking to numb the pain. She was soon addicted. When her family found out, they forced her in rehab, where she got clean. But their were triggers every day, and it was hard to stay clean. Upon being released, she decided that she needed to start fresh, so she left her old town behind.
Now. here she was, walking down the block on her way to the spa. Alyssa saw a coffee shop on her way and decided to go in to get her daily caffeine fix. Alyssa ordered her usual, and waited for it to be done, when she heard a familiar voice coming from behind her. Alyssa froze. She must be hearing things. Her brain had to be playing tricks on her. It coudln’t be who she thought it was. Alyssa slowly spun around, and her jaw dropped “Hayden....”
“Seriously my back is killing me right now..”
"I really should've gotten a map..", he laughs looking around.
“I'm on the way to grab lunch, do you want something? Or we can go together because i dont really enjoy being alone.”
