Burrowsand is delirious because of the illness and thinks that Rose is his dead baby.

Maybe he starts to walk away to get Tooth and he goes

“no…don’t leave…they’ll kill you”

So he lets him live 1) to heal him and 2) to find out who the hell he thinks Rose is and what happened to them

ToothwortLeaf is probably the most beloved FadingFlea grandkit, and it’s a family of mostly Pacifists, but there are a select few of his cousins who are pro-murder (family dinners in the sprout family go hard) such as RosemaryWarble, the one who’s got a mutual crush on larkspurfrost and who talks like a southern detective.(think the guy from glass onion knives out). He wouldn’t kill burrow, just ruff em up a bit if given the chance - @wills-woodland-warriors

What if Rose goes to beat up Burrow but Burrow got sick from infection because he refused help and he’s barely conscious and now Rosemary is like “great now I gotta help this guy cause Toothwortleaf would be upset if he died” or alternatively “he’s gotta be healthy when I beat him up, otherwise it’s not fair”

Rosemary likes to “solve” murders by asking his friends to kill someone so he can track down the dead cats body using clues.
