anyways all of that is basically to say that ash has a plush wolf keychain that they keep connected to their backpack at all times. they found it at one of the random gas stations that they and the winchesters stopped at and has kept it ever since. when asked abt its importance, he just looked at dean and simply said “its you” and never elaborated
