The cover features obscured family photos based on the action of the text. The stark images and cover texture spring from the pages of an old album. The typography strikes a balance between classic and contemporary.
The novel has been positively reviewed by Chris Benjamin and Sheree Fitch, is the winner of the 2012 Beacon Award for Social Justice Literature and debuts this October.
PUBLICATION: Everything Is So Political
Everything Is So Political is a new collection of short fiction by Canadian writers out now and featuring a beautiful cover by ALL CAPS Design. Published by Roseway, the anthology radicalizes the usually apolitical contemporary short story.
This whimsical treatment of political iconography uses protest signs, rose imagery and hand lettered text to showcase the combination of political thought with fiction sensibilities.
