You and Cal wait outside, wondering what to do next. You can’t just let Gestalt take on the rot by themselves.
Right as you say those words, the wall to the upper floor explodes outwards, and the massive Rot Chomper flies out and smacks into the fountain.Gestalt launches out after them like a bullet fired from Cal’s gun. They impale the Rot with their sword and the the chomper bursts into a cloud of light.
You can see a faint blue mist emit from the vanishing body and float up into the sky.
All of this happens in the blink of an eye.
You look at Gestalt, their massive sword clenched in their fist. Their eyes glow an unholy red color, more so than they normally do. An aura of bloodlust fills the area that naws at your soul and makes your legs weak with fear.
Gestalt’s face is covered, so you can’t tell if they are smiling or scowling. But you hear in a faint growl…
It looks like Gestalt will be an asset to the team, they took out the rot nest faster than you could blink.
