I would have spent more time making him look more like cannon Ivan except my drawing program decided it hated me and I was trying to get this done before it died on me.
Please tell me someone gets the joke on R.O.U.S.e's name. It's pronounced the same as Mouse
I tried to base Rouse's design on punk aesthetics and Rat Catcher Renfest costumes. Not a combination I would have normally thought up, but if it works it works.
Not sure what a good akuma for Rouse to appear for would me? Not Horrificator, but maybe Vanisher or Darkblade?
As for where his miraculous was hidden, I'd imagine Harmonia finds the mouse necklace in what would have been the Shanghai special.
Luka and Juleka were invited to visit their dad while he was touring. Luka runs off to warn Fei at Marri and Reein's suggestion. Essentially telling her that her adoptive dad's death was actually over the Prodigious and wakes them up.
The Prodigious are far less aware of the Miraculous and how many there are so they don't think Reein is too odd. Because they aren't inherently mistrusting like the other Kwami, Reein is able to tell them in private that the worst has happened and a wish was made. And that the wisher is going to try again.
As such they need to start training Fei now!
While this is happening Juleka is investigating a lead from Tikki after seeing the Mouse miraculous on sale at King Cash's pawn shop in camouflage mode. She breaks in to steal it, inadvertently scarring the shit out of Cash and convincing him the miraculous holders know what he did. As a result, he flees.
Mullo is very happy to be reunited with Tikki.
When not in fights Rouse is supposed to be looking for the other missing miraculous. But Ivan is instructed by Mylene not to try and follow Asher and Rosy because something more is clearly going on. They do know each other's identiftes
What about a Maid of Truth, Prince of Hope, and Muse of Space?

Mind + Light + Hope + Space is a new one, but let's see here; Mind is the aspect of thought and reason; Light is the aspect of knowledge and fortune; Hope is the aspect of conviction and the divine; Space is the aspect of creation and the physical.
We combine these aspects by combining knowledge, thought, conviction, and creation; in other words, inspiration. My first thought was to call this aspect Idea, but come on; there's no argument that that would only be one syllable. So instead, how about Rouse?
The Buff of Rouse enhances others by inspiring them. They provide aid and assistance to their companions by stirring them to action with new ideas and creative, out-of-the-box thinking. They grant conviction and enlightenment to their friends, and enable them to forge their destinies with new tools. They're a fantastic support player!
