Lately I've been learning 3D modeling using Blender. Here are the current results of my tutorial-driven endeavors - a 3D Rowanhardt (sans accessories)

He's not completely rigged yet, I still have to make his ears and tail move, but he can be posed,

This model isn't optimally created, so it has a lot of non-planar faces and nooby vertex placements, so I'd rather not show the untextured model. Thankfully, you can do a lot to make a bad/simple model look good with hand painted textures and careful application of shaders.

Next I'll probably seek out some tutorials for doing clothes so I can give him his eye patch and mantle.
