WHAT DOES ROY FEEL ABOUT HIM?

he thinks kevin's so cool but he's totally oblivious to any gay possibility; he likes being physically affectionate with his friends but doesn't consider the other implications. roy's not completely straight either he's a "what's the difference between kissing a dude and kissing a woman" kind of bisexual but that's not gonna stop him not seeing that Kevin's kinda down bad

can we hear a little more about kevin and roy's dynamic ive been rotating them around in my brain nonstop

roy's kind of a dumbass who thinks the csc members are so cool (they're not) and is just happy to be included. kevin likes having him around because he thrives on the attention as well as having kind of a latent gay crush on him. you have to imagine kevin leaning over roy's shoulder and guiding his hand over the mouse whenever he wants to show roy code or something.

i know you hardly post him but i love roy

lmao roy's a bit of a special one. he's the most side-character member of the computer science club so I've gone a bit back and forth on his characterization but my current read on the dude is "not very smart but happy (and kind of desperate) to be included". he's the newest member before Gabe and least skilled with tech stuff but Kevin keeps him around because he power trips on being able to correct his mistakes (it's also a weird excuse to be close to him but shhhh). his real passion is cameras he's a bit of an amateur cinematographer (he's also been banned from the Videomania for trying to sneak his "movies" into the DVD cases)
