Hannibal Lecter’s official title is Dr. Count Hannibal Lecter VIII. He goes by Doctor, but the official form of address according to his rank in the peerage is Your Excellency, below a Duke but above a baron. So what I’m saying is, if the other characters were to use his title properly, their interactions would go something like this:

will graham: I’m not fortune’s fool, I’m Your Excellency’s.

The Khakhuli triptych -  Created in Medieval Georgia. It incorporates over 100 specimens of so-called "Black" Georgian and Byzantine figures. cloisonné enamel dated from the 8th to the 12th century. The icon is now on display at Art Museum of Georgia in Tbilisi.
