Montreal is supposed to be a super gay-friendly city, but I can't help but be concerned by the fact that the two big lesbian bars closed this year (Drugstore and now Royal Phoenix).
It's likely because gay clubs are filled with such a massive and varied clientele, while the lesbian bars relied more exclusively on queer ladies, but it still feels unfair that there are pretty much no more lesbian spaces in Montreal...

We had an amazing night at Royal Phoenix this past Thursday for the official launch of Mews, a night of art, fashion, design and mayhem! We collaboratively styled a 17 look runway show with the brilliant Danik of Montreal Street Fashion . It was an absolute riot and we hope to collaborate with Danik again in the future!
