Not once has Waluigi seen a familiar face since his arrival in the city. Not this time, not the last... it’s been nothing but strangers and strange creatures. He doesn’t mind, per se, but there is a part of him, deep, deep down, that might feel a bit... reassured by a familiar presence.

Maybe that’s why he’s so excited to see the crown princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. Although they’ve butted heads many times in the post, both as a part of their games and on the sidelines, it’s nice to know it isn’t just him - even if he swears he would rather it was.

There was no sign of anyone he knew. He didn't know for how long he had been wandering for, but with each step he took,, his hope of finding a familiar face was quickly diminishing.

But what was this? That pink dress in the distance. It was so familiar to him. It couldn't be ...

Anders is still getting used to the idea that people who have no outward use for him are willing to express kindness.

That said, the pretty blonde woman who expresses concern.. Well, he’s a little worried that he may be hallucinating. He screws one eye closed, squints the other, but. She’s still there.

“Um. Thank... you?” He sounds a little like she just offered him a backhanded compliment. Pleased but also really confused. “I’ll.. try to take it easy.”
