Well we didn't eat all of them. We kept 1 Tom and 2 hens! Love these Royal Palms. They are getting bigger. We should have eggs in the spring. Thank you Royal Palm Turkey Tom for a lot of entertainment this past summer and of course dinner today was fantastic too (Jeni also had a big part in that too 😀). Now it broth/stock time. Actually I am planning on making some turkey soup and canning it. So this broth/stock may just go straight to that! What's your "go to" ingredient in broth? I think I put more stuff in here than I normally do, but oh well .... It will be graleat! How long to you let yours simmer for? Due to time constraints we have let ours simmer for days and days before.
