-Spoopy is merrily surprised that the other Pokemon isn’t freaking out or reacting negatively to his presence. His tail swishes about happily, causing the pink fog to spread about at as he fans it out behind himself. Watching the Raikou circle him he responds.-
"I was talking about it being not stormy or anything, but I guess you’d like a storm huh? Kek, as for being the only Pokemon here, I think I might’ve scared all the others away since well...I’m not the best of company for most. I suppose you could say I’m rather ghastly. Kehehee~ -He clears his throat.- Anywaaay, what brings you out here? Shouldn’t you know that it’s better to wander around during the day? I mean I know you’re a legendary, but even legendaries have to be careful yeah?”
-Spoopy doesn’t mean to offend the Raikou with the last question. He just knows that Humans like to hunt down legendaries to gain power or a sense of authority, to use the Pokemon for their own gain. He’d had seen the events happen for himself on other worlds, and wonders what really was the difference between a legendary and a regular Pokemon. The large ghost shifts in place as the fog began to spread around, causing the air to become slightly sweet smell like expired candy. But not becoming unbreathable...yet.-
“Um, if you’re bored would you like to try a race against me? I’m told that I’m possibly faster than most Pokemon, even legends like you~! But I’d like to know if that’s actually true or not. Oh my name’s Spoopy by the way. What’s yours?”
