Laurent: Heh, thank you, and I believe in about a week or so? They are cleaning out a room for me. *he brightens up again, leaning his head on yours as the warm light pressed against your hair*
*i start to get a little worried once his light dims but perk up when he goes back to normal* well that's ok! We've all done things we regret but we're ok now! And now you get to move to district zero? Right? That's what you said? What's it like there?
Laurent: *his light brightens, thankful for the topic change* I am soon! And well, class 0 is basically the best class, right next to class one. You get so many more privileges than in the other classes. Humans treat you as if you were one of their own, you get to befriend some of the nicest object heads, you get better rooms and more access to other things. It’s wonderful there

Laurent: *he was silent for a moment before he sighed again* ….I guess I was…confused and…and scared of what I was…there was a lot of people around me and…I have done something absolutely terrible and I regret it… *their light turned grey, darkening with every word, but suddenly goes back to its natural state, though it was a little dull* B-But that’s all in the past! Oh...why are others...why do they choose to harm others? Does everyone start out mean?
Laurent: …*he lets out a sigh, brushing a hand through your hair* ….some of the objects are unstable when created and think humans are to blame for creating them like this. Some follow what other objects in the district say. Some choose to not like humans because of their ‘mental state’…and some can’t help it… Most of us are either classified as 2 or 3’s when we are created, but 3 outta 5 times they usually start off at the 4-5 district. Some are just confused when they are created. Some are afraid. Some…just know it’s wrong….
Ohhh....what's the 4-5 districts? And...why are there different districts?
Laurent: Good questions. The uh…the 4-5 district has been known to hurt and cause harm upon any human, and possibly even other objects they come in contact with. Some are passive, others are…highly aggressive…they are all monitored at least 24/7 and are under high alert and security. The 2-3 district, which is where I am, could be the unknowns, the recovering and the ones leading up to the 4-5 district if they were to lead into the path of attack humans. I’m currently recovering, and on my way to the 0-1 district. It’s the only way to keep us safe. The humans, and the objects.

Laurent: heh, class 0 is just like our districts. The 0-1 district with the classes 0 and 1 are the least harmful and the least likely to hurt humans. I’m a class 2 right now. You might know it at ‘hostility level’? They thought it sounding too harsh, so some of the object heads called them 'classes’ instead. Some people still use the HL, but those are usually used in the…*he paused, his light dimming as he swallowed thickly* …in the 4-5 district.

Laurent: heh, thank you! I’ve been very nice human I’ve seen during the day in the 2-3 district. They say I’ve really shaped up from what I was before and might even lower me to a class 0! Isn’t that great?
