@anontrolls, @uprising-trolls, @wueyahfantai and I have good times
we love to see a doofus making progress in his personal quest
Sometimes being a troll is too much.
Epsilo rarely ever willingly shifts to his wereform, but he did from the stress of the poison’s backfire as a relief from being a troll. He’s still sapient as a hyena, but troll-related emotions are less acute.
The troll is Moelle (who belongs to @wueyahfantai), the forest spirit whose trees and soil got hurt from the unexpected backlash of the attempted egg poisoning. Epsilo finds himself unexpectedly upset about his failure and its consequences, for someone rather unemotional in general.
Sometimes I forget how much fun Chimer is and then I remember why she and Sev are God’s perfect idiots
(Maddie has confirmed he would dab back at her)
brings jeluno back into a group chat she was kicked out of
chaos ensues
Monster Attack Events (So Far)
RRAF prompt events general summary:
- Sea bears and giant salamanders attack the beaches. This is especially weird because salamanders are freshwater. They’re out of their usual environments for the most part and are attacking trolls and each other at whim.
- The monster hunting guild and the behemoth slaying academy are called in to help stem the now overflowing surge of lusus and monster attacks, with several rarely seen species in uproar.
- Chimer does her best to get the fishing boats that were out at the time of this surge rescued. Unfortunately, not all of them make it.
- Earthquakes begin to happen. People are evacuated out of their towns, though this is made more difficult by the noise (also possibly tied to the earthquakes) that started affecting the top of the spectrum and working its way down, inducing pain and, in some, aggressive behavior.
- Tusira bombs the ocean in an attempt to hit whatever is causing this. It does not work and instead clips gl’bgolyb, who only doesn’t kill everyone because there are conveniently a bunch of dead monsters for her to eat. The sound gets briefly worse as glub glub raises her voice a bit. Thanks for your service, Tusira.
