Hi! Do you know the fic where Izuku is in the hospital and Katsuki buys him flowers and visits him? Izuku doesn't go to UA, and I think he's in a coma, but I might be wrong. Also, Kaminari and Kirishma see Bakugou buying flowers and think it's for a girlfriend.

When the rest of the class heads down the reality of the situation sets in — they’re both missing class at the best hero academy in the country, their classmates flat out calling their scuffle stupid.
Izuku still doesn’t feel like it was, though, especially when Uraraka asks the million dollar question:
“Did you two make up?”
That. That’s why that fight felt like it was worth it, even if, technically, Izuku can’t answer her. Have they made up? Is this making up?
He actually doesn’t know.

Honestly, this one is the closest I could find according to your request, although it is short and sweet, and is in Midoriya’s perspective.

Hi! I love the effort you’re putting in here, thank you so much! So I’m trying to find a fic where Katsuki becomes a pro hero, but Izuku never gets OFA and instead he becomes a vigilante. He’s trying to stop a villain when Katsuki catches him thinking HE’S the villain, and when they both fight her (the actual villain) Izuku gets hurt and hides in her apartment to patch up his wounds. I hope this is specific enough because I’m dying not being able to remember who wrote it
