Sooo I just pre-ordered Ed Sheeran's x on vinyl, and I found Bastille's Of The Night RSD 2014 picture vinyl for a decent price as well. Good start to my vinyl collection I think.

shit shit shit shit shit... okay so one of the record stores i go to alot got some (or one) of the Midnight singles in, and im hoping theres more than one because ive wanted this stupid single for ages now.

Things that piss me off about Record Store Day....
SCALPERS. I went to 5 stores and there were a few titles that were sold out everywhere. One I know had a relatively high print run (3000) but was a high profile artist. Now I see literally dozens of these already listed on Ebay for $60-$100 with lots of bidding action. Classy.
LINES. 4 and a half hours. Gotta have a different plan of attack next year. Sure, Amoeba probably has one of everything, but I think I'll be heading to a smaller store next year to beat the craziness. Hell, I got there 2 hours before opening and still missed out on stuff. I think I can do better elsewhere.
$$$. I went way over budget. Lots of stuff that was unadvertised! But hey, this only happens once a year....oh wait....
