📄 Primeras pruebas de planeo, sustituyendo la hélice por un suplemento con su mismo peso para evitar la resistencia del aire.

📄 Modelo para motor de gomas como se ve en la primera foto. En la segunda imagen ya está modificado para motor de CO2.

En el próximo post se verá ya volando con esta modificación.

✈ Desde que Henri Mignet publicase los planos de su Pou du Ciel, parece que cada constructor aficionado hizo sus propias modificaciones sobre el diseño original.

📄 Realicé este modelo, a escala Peanut, a raíz de una foto que encontré en una Enciclopedia de la Aviación.

This is Post 2 of the #HerrEngineering #PittsSpecial #rubberpowered #biplane I just finished. I absolutely love this plane’s looks! I wanted to go with a more sparkly blue, but it wasn’t available. BUILD NOTES: the fuselage came out short on the starboard side - not sure if that was due to plans or me. I think there should be at least one more stringer in the wings as the lower wing warped a little under shrinking. I was able to straighten the fuselage through shrinking. Covering isn’t perfect either, but good enough for me!
