Lloyd and Pumpkin are definitely the ones open to share with someone on occasions - Pumpkin being shared with another Dom, or Lloyd dominating two submissives.
However, it wouldn't be with Ari and Cherie. Perhaps with Ari before Cherie, but not once she's in the picture. It's not even much about Ari being extra possessive, after all he does teaching classes on bdsm displaying Cherie as his model for everyone to look at. But Cherie has harbored her crush on Ari for so long, felt jealous and sad when he scened with other people, that even though she's secure in their relationship being shared with another Dom might feel to her as if Ari was sending her away. If a group of Doms with their submissive's from Ruby Garden went on a retreat, it would be a balance between being full in the nature and in comforts of actual housing (you're not gonna see Lloyd camping in a tent in the middle of the forest, that's not happening; Nick's also a no about that). So they go to Lloyd's lake house - more of an estate, really. I big house by the lake surrounded by wild nature and no neighbors, so it provides privacy for all the primal adventures, as well gives some bits of luxury, like a huge hottub and comfortable beds.
Since it's Lloyd's estate, you can be sure it's accordingly adjusted to have BDSM fun. The gazebo by the lake is romantic, but also has bolts in various places (to tie/chain your sub) and toys hidden in benches.
Doms organize outdoors activities, too. The "normal" ones, as well exciting plays like a game of hide and seek in the late evening, with submissive's wearing fluorescent bands (for safety and because Doms always want the upper hand, lol). Which is a game that Darling unexpectedly takes a huge like to. She was never big on primal/chase, but she feels excited at the prospect of outsmarting Steve and having him work for it. For Ruby Garden 😍 what kind of dom is each master?
In Ruby Garden I'm mostly sticking to their personalities than try portraying various D types, so in some aspects they're similar, in some they're very different and don't always fit one category/type of Dominant.
Andy is very attentive and rewarding, but with a teasing side to him. I'd say he's a mix of Gentle Dom with Daddy Dom, who doesn't stray from punishments, but is "classic" with them (meaning you'd get an otk spanking rather than figging).
Ari is definitely a playful/wicked Brat Tamer and once he's in an exclusive relationship he's also a type of Master, meaning he sets rules (in areas agreed upon of course) outside of sex. With Ari you can never foresee what evil things he'll do to you.
Steve is a strict Master. Strict doesn't mean harsh and cold, he's simply firm and demanding when it's needed. He expects power exchange outside of bedroom, too, though not to extremes. But he's also very nurturing and protective White Knight Dom.
Lloyd is a Sadist. He gets off on causing pain (to those who want it), sub's tears, degradation and sexual torture of sorts. He'd say he's not nurturing, but he shows a lot of attention post scene and absolutely loves to spoil a sub.
Nick is a Gentle Dom with a mix of full time Master; he's one to demand a lot of power (nearly to a point of establishing a Master/slave type of dynamic, but not as extreme as you may think). He takes away all the worries and burden, by taking away many of your decisions.

No one at the club gets passed around. Yes, there are many (most) single submissives and Doms in the club, but every time, every night, every scene is about consent. Usually Doms approach a sub and invite them to do a scene together, sometimes a more brave bottoms will approach a Dom they desire and ask for a scene. But each time both parties can simply say No. The word No flies outta window only when the two (or more) are already in the scene - then Doms take over completely and only safewords/safegestures apply.
I'll go with Lloyd's example. He tells her in the end “How about you get yourself some hot chocolate from the bar and after you’ve finished it, come find me and ask me to use your sweet mouth.” - which is sort of a command that has the right amount of merciless dominance (something the submissive is afterwards), but it's also obviously stated as an offer. Meaning that if the sub chickens out and doesn't come to him, or if she simply decides she doesn't want to, it's her right to do so and Lloyd will respect it. He won't be mad she didn't come, there won't be any repercussions (well, if she's chickened out and Lloyd realizes it, he may in the future approach her and push a little to get the squirmy sub admitting she actually wants him).
Returning to the passed around/shared thing: a person can choose to do a scene with someone one night, but be with someone else the other night. However, it's always consensual on both sides. And if the energy and connection between Top and bottom cause some sparks, they most likely will keep coming back to each other and exploring what could be between them. So we're starting with singles all around here in the universe, but I think it's obvious I'm aiming for established relationships 😉 For example, Ari is presented as a Master who rarely scenes more than twice with a submissive, but that will change because of the connection he finds with his Reader.
As for your other questions, for now I have only those listed in the Ruby Garden Masterlist. But I may add more! I'm considering a duo of Doms taking one submissive, but shhh that's not happening anytime soon 🤭
