Facts about Rug-Nara

Age: Well over 200 years
- Her two shifts are:
An orange rug
A cobra
- She was once bitter in her past toward people because of the way she was treated for being a defect of her species. She went through different phases in an effort to find happiness, even solitude, but nothing helped.
- She used to live a life of crime in the past, being in and out of jail for crimes and trashing different planets with her gang buddies. She stuck with the gang, believing that these criminals were the closest things to friends that she would ever get, but they eventually betrayed her.
- She was framed for a murder and sent to prison for a crime she didn't commit when one of the gang members she was friends with pinned the blame on her so he wouldn't go to prison.
- It took her years till one person showed her an abundance of care and kindness, even when she acted rude toward them, her anger and hurt was met with patient kindness.
- The kindness of one person eventually helped shape her to be kind toward others, because she knew what it was like to feel unloved.
- She has had times where her romantic affections toward someone was not returned and she's learned to be careful after all these years and not jump to conclusions or assume someone loves her unless they show it and say it.
- She's seen people she cared about grow up and die due to her longevity, and even though she's learned to tolerate death, it still resonates with her if it's someone she cares about. Especially if someone dies before it's their time to go (see jacepi-jaje). That can shake her up despite herself.
- There's been times she's taken guys who wanted to date her and directed them toward someone else because she knew she would outlive them and didn't want any hurt to come to them.
- Loves tea to pieces she will buy up a whole store just to have tea. - She knows how to fight fairly well for her past jobs but she doesn't like to pull punches unless it was absolutely necessary
- She has a mischievous side and sometimes she just can't help herself but do something a little snotty.
- She spends 2 hours sometimes picking things out of her fur
- She has been accidentally mistaken for a rug multiple times and ended up as a prop for a movie once.
- She loves chocolate to pieces, even though it messes her fur, she would submerge herself in a pool of chocolate if she could
- She got to travel with a band without being actually part of a band because one band member liked having a cobra draped around his neck when he performed. It caused her to be exposed to a variety of music at least.
- She likes to watch foreign movies outside of the Universal Language, especially mysteries, and at times wishes she had someone else to enjoy and appreciate it with.
