Bumbu Rum XO is produced in Panama in a distillery with an activity of more than 120 years; local sugarcane crops are used which are then processed in molasses distilled with pure spring water; the result is further matured over 18 years in American oak barrels, eventually the content is moved to white oak barrels with Andalusian origins. Long maturation is one of the aspects that favors the extent of the nice flavors: vanilla, toffee and oak on the nose. The palette is a broad continuation of the first seasonings from the notes found on the nose and reveals brined coffee, spices and orange peel, the unique combination between exotic and Caribbean. .
