By the way the St. Jude Country Nashville Music Marathon & 1/2 Marathon medals have been revealed for next years marathon! I am doing the 1/2 marathon! Not the full! I did the full last year and my legs hurt after I crossed the finish line! Trying really hard to get my time down to 1 hour 15 minutes for the half marathon and got 4 months left to train so wish me luck everyone! #RUNCMM!
Here's a little Throwback Thursday...to last Saturday--a very nauseated me in full shuffle. This is my motivation to avoid dehydration and hitting the wall in my second marathon--Wynne, Arkansas in November. Believe it or not, I can't wait! Run happy!
