27th of #deadcember and Snatch Grip Deadlifts! Place your setup stance somewhere between your normal conventional stance and where you would squat. Hands out at the last ring on the bar (pinky or index on the ring, or any finger in between) based on height and flexibility. This variation will allow for further bending to mimic a similar muscle recruitment to deficit deads.
