Stryd Dashboard - using the Analyze tab

The Stryd App syncs your Stryd footpod to your Stryd account online, where you can log in to view your stats in your dashboard. First of all, each workout is shown in the Analyze tab, where you can view your stats up close and personal. Zwift Running and Stryd Sync Feb 4

Got on the treadmill this morning with Zwift Running and Stryd footpod to work on this week (#5 of 8) of the Cyclist to 10k Training Program in running. I spend quite a bit of time showing the Zwift App on the iPad and Companion App on Droid working together. Then I show how to sync the Stryd Footpod with the Styd Droid App. Finally we put the Stryd footpod in the charger for the day.

Stryd footpod - unboxing and pairing

I got my Stryd Footpod today and took a moment to open it all up, charge it some, then pair it to the Stryd App on my droid.
