I surprised myself today by finishing the #GateRiverRun15k in under 2.5 hours with a pace of 14:55. I expected to finish in over 3 hours based on my training pace but I was about to do some running today. Getting to the Gate race was a harder journey than anticipated after being sidelined early last year. But I made it. And exceeded by own race time expectations. Thank you all for your encouragement, from near and far these past few months.
