1. Running - Stick to training schedule, remain injury and burnout free, have fun running the Haunted Hustle (first time running a distance means automatic PR! Haha!), hit 12k steps per day and 105 miles in the month Stuck to my training schedule, didn't get injured, had fun at the Haunted Hustle while destroying my goal time and final total for miles ran was 106.31 miles! 2. Strength training - Twice a week, includes pilates Went to pilates every week, missed a couple strength workouts due to lack of planning/forgetting I need to keep up with them! But I wasn't that worried about them 3. Eating - Track 100%, no unplanned snacks at work, allow 1 treat item at the end of the week for each successful week meeting the above two parts of the goal There were only a couple days I did not track 100%, and those days derailed my weight loss efforts so dramatically. However, it did teach me a couple things I will be using for my November Goals. I was SUPER SUCCESSFUL on the no snacks at work! I made it all month! Hell yes!!! The reward at the end of the week we're a good motivator. 4. Earn remaining 6 check marks on goal chart at my parents and actually give myself the appropriate reward After the family emergency derailed me getting 6 out of 6 checks, it kinda demotivated me a bit, so I will be using that knowledge to adjust for November. I did buy myself the earned reward, which is kind big for me! 5. Foam roll 4 times per week and stretch! I think I came close just about every week on this!
