💋 Story/Bio: Roxanne was born in Brooklyn, New York City to James and Carol Calhoun, a wealthy lawyer and an artist. She's free-spirited, loud, and unapologetically herself. She shares a love of music with her father, who she also considers her best friend; he's the one who taught her how to play guitar. Ever since he was murdered and her mother hastily moved them both to her hometown of Hawkins, IN (spring 1987), Roxy has been struggling to find her place in such a tiny, boring town. Sometimes she feels like her personality is too big for the narrow minds of her fellow Hawkinsians. And she's developed a new problem — fainting spells when she's stressed. Lucky for Roxy she's got Robin Buckley and Steve Harrington (her best friends/coworkers) to lean on as she gains her footing in this strange new place….with the addition of some of Hawkins' hottest bachelors. As she learns more about her past, this town, and the rot that lies underneath, Roxy discovers she may have the key to solving her father's murder and maybe even to…saving the world?
