What’s so funny about being robbed at gunpoint? In an August 14, 2016 NBC News Exclusive TV interview with Billy Bush, American swimmer and Olympic 12-time medalist Ryan Lochte falsely stated that he was robbed at gunpoint in Rio de Janeiro during the 2016 Olympic games. @ the 4 second mark on the YouTube video, as Bush inquired, “So, what happened? You were held at gunpoint last night…,” Lochte’s face leaked out the truth with a micro-expression duper’s delight smile. His duper’s delight smile should have been a ‘hot-spot’ deception clue to the interviewer because it is unlikely that a true victim would smile if a stranger cocked a loaded gun to your head! You would fear for your life and not be as Lochte described, 'whatever!' Despite Bush being in close proximity and looking directly at Lochte’s face, Bush was clueless about Lochte's incongruent smile and crossed arms protection barrier. As Lochte got into the groove of his 'over-exaggeration,' his crossed arms opened up to hand gesture the fabricated tale of being robbed at gunpoint. Notice that Lochte lacks fearful body language as he re-lives the traumatic narrative story. After the four swimmers arrived back to the US Olympic team house, security video showed Lochte and his pals had nonchalant, casual, and at-eased body language. The swimmers joked around as they passed through security with no distress or fear after surviving armed robbery thieves. In an interview with USA TODAY Sports, Lochte's mother lleana Lochte believed her son and the other swimmers were victims of a gun robbery and ‘were shaken up from the incident.’ Don't be DUPED! When words say one thing, and the body shows something else, what are you going to believe? From Head-to-Toes, the BODY Always Shows...the TRUTH!!!
