Hel adopted her after killing an Iron Horde soldier in Gorgrond. Originally, she was going to leave the animal behind, but it became clear soon that it wouldn’t be able to survive on its own in the wild, and since it seemed very tame anyway, Hel gave it a chance.
Ahaka has been accompanying Hel on most of her adventures for years now :>
