Jekyll paused the moment the woman grabbed his shoulders and he took in her words. He wasn’t used to such forwardness at all. Granted, the whores at the Red Rat were paid a rather handsome amount to have sex with their patrons but that was the only time they took charge, and only if they were told to. Normally it was the men that propositioned the women from what he’d seen but then again he didn’t get out nearly enough that was already established.
