Few’d

4-Member all-female hip hop crew formed in 2005, unofficially disbanding in 2007

The name has a few meanings-- it’s a play on the word ‘Feud’. The ‘w’ is supposed to stand for ‘woman’, and the ‘few’ part is a reference to the fact that female rappers were not as commonplace as males.

Few’d was comprised of Shibi, Eda, Jett and Haebi

Shibi

Shin Biwon. 45 years old-- 34 when Few’d was created.

Leader of the crew, built it so she could take younger female rappers under her wing.

Often referred to as the queen of K-hip hop, she was one of the first female rappers to make an impact in South Korea.

She is now retired.

Shibi is married to her long time producer, Shin Boyoung. They have been married for 25 years.

Biwon is mother to Unpretty Rapstar winner and Juno Leader, Shin Sinhye (aka Sonique)

Eda

Si Ryukji. 28 years old-- 17 when Few’d was created.

Dropped out of high school before her final year to pursue music.

Made a name for herself because of her huskier voice.

Married producer and rapper Si Yeongseo, aka Snake, in 2010, and created a label with him the next year.

Is now the Executive Producer of Alpha Records.

Has been married for six years, and has a two year old daughter named Yoonji

While she has not yet retired from music, it has been a long time since she has released anything new.

Jett

Shin Yuji. 26 years old-- 15 when Few’d was created.

Daughter of legendary producer, Shin Bohwang.

Created a label together with her twin brother, Hyosang, at the age of 16.

Is now co-CEO of L3THAL, and one of the main producers for Radioactive Entertainment. 

Has been producing music since she was 10 years old

Haebi

Kim Haebi. 26 years old-- 15 when Few’d was created.

Daughter of hip hop producer, Kim Hyungwon.

Youngest member of Few’d, and currently a member of Mercury.

Became a DS Media trainee at the age of 17.

Is known for her mixtapes, which she releases frequently

svetlana is like a pouty teenager doing everything her parents tell her not to do. except her parents are spotlight and juliette, and she's doing that by releasing unnecessarily sexual music and swearing and smoking. what a joke

For all of Ryukji’s talk about how much she loves her “sons,” that girl looks like she needs someone to actually be a parent for her once before she really crashes and burns. Svetlana might as well have “daddy issues” written across her forehead, but maybe that’s just because there wouldn’t be enough room for  “burnt out child star” instead.
