After 5 months actually back and focused on the gym, I've hit all my old PR's for everything across the board and I'm just so happy and proud of myself dude. This is the most dedicated I've been since just before COVID, not that I wasn't going after the panidemic but having a shitty ex disrupt your life in so many ways will take you away from things that nourish you. This time around, I'm sitting at 135 lbs instead of 100 lbs so I'm lifting from a higher but healthier weight and I feel dense and thick as fuuuuuckkkk.
