Listening to Fear was perhaps the hardest hitting episode yet, maybe because I could relate to some of the things regarding an ill relative. I may not care about Joyce like I care about the other characters, but the effect on Dawn and Buffy is just shattering. :( Dawn having to lay there and listen to Joyce's mad ramblings, that's just horrific. Taking Joyce home from the hospital... understandable on an emotional level, but they really signed up for a lot more pain than they were prepared to handle. Just an amazing but painful episode. Random people making weird comments at Dawn is obviously a precursor to her discovering the truth about herself, which is going to... okay, I'm not going to think about that NOW, or it might depress me too much. I'll just think of scenes where Buffy is hugging her instead.

Also, Spike might just be the only fictional character I'll give a pass for stalking because he's just so lovable and inept at it. <3
