"Bark You Up at 6:45" is Saatchi Saatchi Hong Kong's internal program that take place twice a month. The agency will switch off its lights and air-conditioning at 6.45pm, imploring its employees to leave work. Prior to the shutdown, reminders will be issued. To top it off, dogs would even be released to drive out employees who choose to stay on.
Managing director of Saatchi Saatchi South China, Alexis Chiu, said, "Its a Win-Win-Win situation. Cutting down on energy means the earth wins. Leaving early means our staff wins. And with happy, efficient staff who produce better work, our clients win. Thats creativity at its best."
Reckon we can implement that over here?
