I've been in the car for about an hour now and I'm on my way up to Hereford to do a course with @sabinefloral. The roads are still pretty bad but I was determined to go as I've been really looking forward to it. This photo was taken on the floral retreat this time last year, which was the first course I treated myself to with Sabine. It's so lovely to get away and spend some time in the company of other talented florists. Sabine goes to so much trouble to make you feel welcome and it'd great to be able to pick people's brains on design ideas and general mechanics of construction. I love working for myself but it really gives me the opportunity to interact with others working within the industry, and these two days will allow me to do that.
