I'm over the moon with gratitude--thank you to @PoetsWritersInc and editor Kevin Larimer for including @SackettStreet in "The Way of the Workshop: 8 Writers and Teachers on the Culture of the Classroom," a feature in the new #MFA issue, alongside prestigious MFA programs and professors. If you'd asked me 12 years ago if I thought that little group of writers huddled around my kitchen table would be recognized in this way, well, I'd have laughed. There is nothing I feel more passion for than that magical dynamic of 8 writers reading together, investigating the human condition through the analysis of writing craft, so writing a short piece on such a huge topic was a challenge. I hope I was able to convey my admiration for the Sackett Street writers and gratitude for all they've taught me.
