Ayo Wish. You got any tips for simplifying the bones on skeles? Because I recently tried drawing from reference and FUCK THAT.
Heya! It's absolutely OKAY to not stay anatomically correct when it comes to drawing skeletal characters.
Are twenty-four ribs way too much? Draw sixteen or twelve instead! Make them as thick or as thin as you want! You don't even need to draw the holes in between if you don't want to!
Is the pelvic girdle tough to draw? Imagine it like a butterfly with the sacrum (tailbone) being the butterfly's body and the ilia as its top wings and the pelvic bones (the ones with the bigger holes that kind of connect at the front) as the smaller bottom wings.
Do the delicate and small phalanges (finger and toe bones) make you nervous? Just draw normal fingers and toes with lines where the finger/toe can bend. The same goes for metacarpals (the bones forming the palm of your hand) and all the bones present in your feet! Draw normal human-like hands and feet and leave a line where joints or an obvious set of separate bones are located.
Don't want to draw fibula (the thinner bone on the outside of your lower leg)? Then don't!
Does the thought of thirty-three vertebrae in one's spine and all their spinous and transverse processes (the bones that stick out of each vertebra) make you want to scream? Well, it's completely up to you if you're sticking to that number or just draw a curved 'stick' with lines across it to make it the skeleton's spine!
While I used references to learn how to draw bones, I eventually did give my own spin on things to preserve my sanity. Heck, I'm still trying out different things at times!
And you know what's great about it? Hardly anyone cares how you draw the bones as long as it somewhat resembles a skeleton!
So experiment! Look at how other artists decided to draw a skeletal body and take your time with what you yourself prefer, but always keep those bone refs nearby to not lose sight of what a skeleton looks like, or to help understand how bones and joints work. Don't nitpick or worry about what you settle on may not look 'realistic' enough; it really doesn't have to be!
All in all... just have fun with it! In the end, it is all about personal preference.
i really wanted to show the elegance that uf pap can display and I think I did well!

Summary: Having Red as an introduction to sacrum lacing was a bad idea - though he enjoyed it, Sans now has cold feet about the entire process. Edge and Red aim to help him with that, until Sans is put in the driver's seat... and Edge loses control.
@redtomatofan I heard that you're another year older! Happy Birthday! I got you a very special pelvis~ *waggles eyebrows* (Who's pelvis is it though, that is the question...) Happy Birthday Red!
