Once I had a wild ass concept of Chibiusa (Sailor Chibiusa) being a Saiyan

I have a sailor moon theory.

In the manga, it is shown that every planet and star is intrinsically connected to a star seed/sailor crystal from their creation in the galaxy cauldron, and that's where sailor guardians come from, as a natural counterpart to the actual planet/star/moon.

But, in the dark moon arc, it is revealed that there is a secret tenth planet in our solar system, the dark planet nemesis. But nemesis isn't shown to have a sailor guardian.

It is possible that death phantom/Wiseman is the guardian of nemesis, but it is stated by neo queen serenity that chibiusa needs to 'put a stop to death phantom's [...] grip over the planet nemesis', which implies that he isn't actually connected to nemesis, but merely corrupting it. So, there is still a missing sailor soldier.

my proposed candidate is chibiusa. She was right next to the epicenter of moon magic, the silver crystal, for most of her life and yet never awakened from it.

But she does awaken as a guardian immediately after death phantom allows her access to nemesis' magic

.While she does seemingly awaken as the next sailor moon, og sailor moon is fully immortal and the moon crystal is og moon's literal soul so her even having a successor makes no sense to me, and the dark crystal, and therefore planet nemesis, is shown to be able to absorb and steal the silver crystal's moon power.

This could mean that chibiusa is actually sailor nemesis, and not sailor chibi moon.
