Destihl Brewery out of Bloomington IL makes this incredible "sour amblego-style double pale ale aged in oak barrels". The nose is pure sour ale, the head a soft fluffy white and the color is rich copper. This sour is also bitter. Perhaps not a good beginner beer. I'm enjoying the hell out of it. Much thanks to the wifey for picking it up for me.
