Saint kilda had a music festival today I went to check out #Melbourne #music #saintkilda #stkildafestival

Today Saint Kilda was taken over by a free music festival. I took a walk through the streets which would normally be populated with cars and trams. As you can see from the pictures at the bottom, that was not the case today. The Saint Kilda festival itself is into it's 39th year of the festival and attendance was up to 40,000. https://youtu.be/Y9w4UGt9_iI Every bar in town was packed, the streets smelling for all the BBQ's from the roof top bars, live music in every bar, street corner and park. The little town had a great buzz that will last well into tonight. https://youtu.be/CVqquyjG7-E The only major problem I saw was the trams. Getting in and out of the festival was a little difficult. Trams couldn't go all the way into St Kilda and were packed. Queues were formed and ran well down the street to get out of St Kilda. Wie geht es weiter...

Zur Zeit haenge ich ein wenig in der Schwebe...die Uni ist vorbei und ich halte ausschau nach Jobs. Naechste Woche geht es allerdings nochmal eine Woche auf Reisen. Einmal Adelaid und zurueck...Bilder folgen natuerlich.
