Hi, can you prevent the 5 damage of kozileks return with dromoka's command (the 5 damage variety)? If so, how do you target that triggered ability? (Asking because an article of craig wescoe seems to suggest that it is possible, the Bant company one fyi). Seems to me that it is not possible. Thanks!

It’s not possible.

The triggered ability of Kozilek’s return is a triggered ability of an instant card in the graveyard, not an instant spell on the stack, and thus not a legal target for the first mode of Dromoka’s Command.

Hey, there has been a question on my mind involving things that allow you to play a spell you countered like kheru spellsnatcher. If the countered spell is a morph spell, can I play the card as a morph, do I need to play it as a morph, or do I have to play the card as it would be face up? I suspect the last, but I can't seem to find the answer or rule specifying this interaction. Thanks :)

You can only cast it face up. You’re already casting the spell for free, so you can’t pay another alternate cost like Morph.
